The Role: We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our food & beverage team at Brisbane Airport . What You’ll Do: ✅ Be a go-to leader – support your team to deliver excellent service ✅ Bring energy to every shift and create a great team vibe ✅ Ensure food & beverage standards are on point – quality, speed, and presentation ✅ Support stock management, hygiene, and compliance processes ✅ Train, coach, and motivate team members ✅ Maintain a positive, people-first culture What We’re Looking For: ✅ Previous leadership experience in hospitality, food retail, or cafes ✅ A strong understanding of grinder adjustments, dosing & distribution, and brew ratios ✅ Current RSA ✅ Understanding of food safety, hygiene and compliance practices ✅ Strong communication and people skills ✅ Early riser and preferably a Sunday to Thursday schedule! (but we can work around the right person) ✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card Not ticking every box?
